TIP:  Be sure to pick a your store name as your username.  I started the sample site as wrapcandy

Pick a template (you can change it later if you like)

Just click on any of the templates once.  Pick the one you like best.

Once you sign up, you can login to your admin area here:

http://www.yourplacemarket.com/ADMIN

Here's how:

In your admin Hover over Template >> and select Modify:

On the next screen click the the arrow on the left as pictured:

Now, an editor screen will appear.  Just click anywhere you would like to add or change text.  This works just like any typing software.

There are many advanced options in this editor.  Feel free to try them out.  Once you are done, click the SAVE icon on the left.  I have circled it in the image below:

Everything you put on this page, will appear on every page of your Free Storefront.  This not where you want to put your welcome information like I have done in this sample site.

You may want to put your contact info such as a phone number, but that is up to you. 

BE SURE TO LEAVE THESE TYPES OF TAGS ALONE:
[WSA TAG: content] [WSA TAG: form]

They display important information such as your products and categories.
