In this section, we are going to talk adding your First Category and Product.  You can simply repeat these steps to add more products, categories or sub-categories.

In your admin:

http://www.yourplacemarket.com/ADMIN

HOVER over Products and select Categories

On the next page, click Add a new product category

 

Once you click on Add a new product category the following screen will show up just below:

Once you click Add the category, it is time to add your first product.

 
Add your first Product.
Now that you added your first category, you are ready to add your first product:

Hover over Products and select Products:

Now Click on the next page, click on the Category you just created (yours will have a different name then the one shown below)

Once you click on your category name that you created, SAMPLE, in this example you will be able to add your first product.

On your product page, create a title, description, price, shipping and handling (if any) a download link if it is digital (use this free service to upload your product if you don't have a place to store digital downloads:

Once your product is created, and the information is set, just save it.  Congrats!! Your first product should now be live.

Now, you may want to feature your product so it appears on your home page as well as the category.
